47b011829d settings.yml clean up : remove locale 
locale was declared for bing* engines and vimeo.

  * bing* engines use the language settings.
  * vimeo uses neither locale nor language settings.

This avoid confusion

The opensearch method is now the method set in the preferences.

As before, POST by default and GET for Chrome/Chromium which doesn't
handle POST
