Markus Heiser 20dac0b672 [l10n] adding new language Irish (ga) 
Language has been added in [1] but weblate.push.translations in the CI does not
recognize that a new language has been added --> now I add this new language
manually to the `translation` branch [2] / see "my final workaround" in [3].
